CARDIO BARRE FIESTA blends 30 minutes cardio latin dance with 30 min athletic Barre class based on Ballet Workout, Pilates, and functional exercises to strengthen the entire body with lighter weights and resistance bands for a total body workout for every level of fitness.
We are using light 3 or 5 lbs weights, resistance bands and Bender/Mini Balls.
