Stretch and Tone your way to health! This 60 minute class offers gentle stretching and toning exercises using common household items or small weights, and a mat. This class is great for those who are new to exercise, or looking for a restorative class that improves and maintains mobility and strength. I work with all levels of fitness, and offer modifications for those who need it. You’ll feel better and join a great community! Class is on Zoom Tuesday/Thursdays 9:30-10:30
